Terms of Supply

1. Quotations and prices. Website prices are indicative ZAR prices including 15% VAT unless marked POA or estimated. A formal written quotation confirms price, pack, availability and lead time, and is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Orders. An order is accepted when we issue a pro-forma invoice or order confirmation. Payment is by EFT before dispatch unless an approved account facility exists.

3. Restricted products. Fumigants and other restricted chemicals are supplied only to operators holding the required certification/registration. We may request proof before dispatch and may decline supply.

4. Safe use. The registered label governs the use of every product. Content on this site (including the Knowledge Centre) is general reference and is not a substitute for the label or professional advice. The buyer is responsible for lawful transport, storage, application and disposal.

5. Delivery. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes on delivery to the agreed point. Cross-border consignments (Namibia, Botswana) are quoted case-by-case including permits where required.

6. Returns. Unopened, undamaged products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days by arrangement; restricted products and opened chemicals are non-returnable for safety reasons.

7. Liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect losses, crop outcomes, or misuse contrary to the label.

8. Governing law. Republic of South Africa. Disputes: courts of Gauteng.
