How are your prices calculated?
Listed prices are supplier list price plus our margin, shown including 15% VAT. Items marked POA are quoted on application. Items marked 'est.' are estimated pack-size variants — always confirmed on formal quotation.
Do you deliver to Namibia and Botswana?
Yes. We dispatch nationwide in South Africa and arrange cross-border project and tender supply into Namibia and Botswana, including documentation support.
Can I buy restricted products like aluminium phosphide?
Only certified fumigators/pest-control operators may purchase restricted products. We request certification details before dispatch and flag this on every quotation.
Do you work to tender specifications and BOQs?
Yes — this is a core service. Email your BOQ to hello@medq.africa or use the quote basket. We return itemised pricing against specified actives, formulations and pack sizes (including 5L/20L/25L requirements).
Are the website prices the final price?
Website prices are indicative retail prices including VAT. The formal quotation confirms price, availability and delivery — website, quotation and any Google Merchant feed show the same price for the same SKU.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (EFT) against pro-forma invoice. Account facilities are available for approved tender and municipal buyers.
Is the information on this site a substitute for the product label?
No. Our knowledge base is general reference. The registered label is the law — always read and follow it for rates, PPE, withholding periods and buffer zones.
