Privacy Policy

What we collect. When you request a quote, send an enquiry or use the chat assistant we collect your name, email, phone number, company and the content of your request. We do not process payment card data on this site.

Why. To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, fulfil orders and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Lawful basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest.

Sharing. We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with service providers who operate the website and email delivery, under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Retention. Enquiry and quotation records are kept for up to 5 years for commercial record-keeping, then deleted.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to processing, by emailing hello@medq.africa. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforeg@justice.gov.za.

Security. Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised staff accounts; the database is hosted with access controls and encrypted transport.
